Similar Questions

The “Similar Questions” section displays variables derived from questions that have the same question wording, but whose codes and/or response categories may differ.

The Response Categories button allows users to expand the list of codes and compare any differences with the question of interest.

Example

The variable “ea24_i1” from the Annual Survey – Wave 11 (ELIPSS 2024) is derived from the same question (“Are you interested in politics?”) as the variable from the Dynamics of Mobilisation – Wave 9 (ELIPSS 2015) survey. However, the non-response categories differ between the two surveys.
